Frisbee Disc Light Blue

Ultimate (often called Ultimate Frisbee) is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport where players pass a flying disc down a field to score in an opponent's end zone.

How the Game Works

• The Teams: Played with two teams, usually 7-on-7 on grass fields (or 5-on-5 on beaches).
• The Objective: Score a point by catching a pass inside the opposing team's end zone.
• Movement Rules: You cannot run while holding the disc. You must stop, establish a pivot foot, and throw to a teammate within 10 seconds.
• Turnovers: If the disc hits the ground, goes out of bounds, or is intercepted by the defense, the opposing team takes possession immediately.
• No Referees: Ultimate is famous for being self-officiated. Players call their own fouls and resolve disputes based on mutual respect, known as the "Spirit of the Game".
