Muscle Targeting Guide
The slots on the board are color-coded to direct the focus of your exercises:
🟦 Blue Slots: Target the pectoralis (chest) muscles.
🟨 Yellow Slots: Target the back muscles.
🟩 Green Slots: Target the triceps (back of the arms).
🟥 Red Slots: Target the shoulders.
How to Use the Board:
Unfold the Board: Place the fitness platform flat on an even, non-slip surface.
Insert the Handles: Plug the two included grip handles into matching pairs of slots belonging to the same color family.
Perform Push-Ups: Ensure the handles are clicked fully into position before executing your repetitions.
Switch Positions: Change the handle slots to target different upper-body muscle areas throughout your workout routine.
